I just discovered this great podcast site called "Nolo: Your Legal Companion."  They are not, of course, designed for a library; however, there is lots of great stuff on there.  There are segments on all kinds of different issues: how to sell a business, how to advocate for a special education child, how to discipline an employee, etc.  

You can even submit a question (or comment).  I don't know how many questions they get or what their policy is about doing a feed on different issues, but I did send a question off that I really hope they turn into a segment in the near future. 

You can subscribe to Nolo through itunes or an RSS feed.  Pretty cool, huh?
