I just spoke with Julie at Ada Community Library and heard about a new service they will soon begin providing. Lockers will be installed at a local grocery store (and another location....the name escapes me) from which library patrons a.k.a. customers will be able to pick up their books anytime of day. The lockers are secured and opened with library barcode numbers. Book drops will also be available at these locations. Way to reach "outside the box", though ACL's building isn't exactly box shaped! Nor is their service!
