a tiny encapsulation of L2.0

I came across this while catching up on my blogs. It blew my hair back ya might say. You've gotta watch it. I think I'll be pointing back to this for quite some time when talking to people about Web 2.0 and Library 2.0.

Well? What did you think?

Thanks for sharing this great clip, Anna! It's a great little overview of how far the Internet has come in terms of shaking things up. The Machine, the Web, has adapted to us, but we're still adapting to it. As this clip concludes, it really does force us to rethink a lot of things we've taken for granted -- and as library professionals, we need to be at the forefront of this (r)evolution.

Great video find, Anna. John Battelle has an brief interview with the Anthropologist who created this video. He has interesting things to say about Web 2.0 tools, reaching out to others, and bringing the library stacks to students. Check it out at: http://battellemedia.com/archives/003386.php. Memo

This was really awesome!I especially liked the point at the end that we need to rethink some things that have long stayed the same in society, while we have changed the way we function in it. Thanks!
