Thanks to twitter friends @tacanderson and @LGM1 I learned about this great blog post – the 12 new rules of working you should embrace today. A lot of my friends are techie types so they generally embrace new technologies and ideas too.

I love this post because it clearly shows how technology has changed our culture. I want everyone I know to read this because it will make all of our lives better. Scroll down past the companies that embrace these rules and see these rules including "Communication is a stream" where the author mentions that you need to bathe in the communication and then get out.
